Who we are
Our website address is: http://sshh-manortx.com.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information submitted in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us with spam detection and keeping the space safe.
If you have a Gravatar, an anonymized version of your email address may be shared with that service to pull in your profile photo. You can read their privacy policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible alongside it.
Media
If you upload images to the site, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) in those files. Anyone visiting the site can download images and extract that location information, so it is best to leave it out.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies so you do not have to re-enter them next time. These cookies last for one year.
When you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It holds no personal data and is cleared when you close your browser.
Logging in will set additional cookies to remember your login details and display preferences. Login cookies last two days, screen option cookies last one year, and selecting “Remember Me” extends your login for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.
If you edit or publish a post, a short-term cookie is saved in your browser to indicate which post was edited. It contains no personal data and expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Some posts may include embedded content like videos, images, or articles from other sites. That content behaves just as it would if you visited those sites directly. Those sites may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and track your interactions, especially if you are logged into an account there.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in that reset email.
How long we retain your data
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments without holding them in a queue.
For registered users, we store the personal information provided in your profile. You can view, edit, or delete your information at any time, except for your username. Site administrators can also access and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete it. This does not apply to data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be reviewed through an automated spam detection service.
